AARON MOORE
Aaron’s love for wine started in his early 20s while working in fine dining restaurants, curating wine lists for customers who knew their stuff. That experience sparked a passion that took him through every part of the U.S. wine industry — learning the ropes in production, distribution, and sales, before he packed his bags to continue his wine journey overseas. He’s managed small organic wineries, built nationally recognized wine brands, and in the last five years, has co-founded two major e-commerce wine companies.
Over the years, Aaron saw firsthand how winemaking had shifted from simply using grapes and old-world techniques to being heavily engineered in labratories. He believes the best wines come from the purest fruit, and that only happens when the soil is healthy, alive, and full of biodiversity. That’s exactly what Medly Wine Co. is all about — crafting organic, sustainable wines from some of the best fruit in the Mediterranean.
Since 2022, Aaron has been living and traveling throughout the Mediterranean with his family, working side by side with winemakers to create one-of-a-kind organic wines. For Aaron, wine is more than just a business. It’s about connecting with great people, discovering special wines, and making something truly unique that you won’t find anywhere else.
