AARON MOORE
Aaron started his wine journey in his early 20’s. He developed his passion for wine while working in fine dining restaurants,
cultivating wine lists for discerning customers.Â
Since his early days, Aaron has journeyed through the 3-tier system of wine in the U.S. and has expanded his expertise while living a life of wine abroad.
He’s managed organic boutique wineries, grown several nationally recognized wine brands, and has co-founded two large e-commerce wine companies in the last five years.
His passion for wine is about connecting with special people and making wines that are unique and cannot be found anywhere else.
Throughout the course of his career, Aaron saw first-hand how winemaking had strayed [from making wine from good fruit] to engineering wine in laboratories. He believes that the best wines come from the purest fruit, which can only come from healthy soils that are alive and biologically-diverse. Thus, the focus of Medly Wine Co. is producing organic and sustainable wines made from the best fruit in the Mediterranean.

Since 2022, Aaron has called the Mediterranean home, living and traveling throughout the region with his family. They work closely with their winemakers, creating unique organic wines for all to enjoy.
