About Our Founder
AARON MOORE
Aaron’s love for wine started in his 20s while working in restaurants where we had access to incredible wines from around the world. Over a few short years, his passion grew alongside his need to truly understand the wine business.
Following this passion took him through every part of the U.S. wine industry where he learned production, distribution, sales, and operations. Aaron has run organic wineries and vineyards in southwestern Colorado, helped build nationally recognized wine brands, and in the last five years has co-founded two major ecommerce wine companies.
When he was ready, Aaron packed his bags to continue his wine journey overseas. Mediterranean wines are his favorite and that's where spends most of the year, making our signature organic wines while living the Medly life.
Aaron has seen firsthand how winemaking has shifted away from using only grapes and natural old-world techniques to being engineered with loads of ingredients. He doesn't support this shift and believes the best wines only come from the purest natural fruit—grown organically in soils that are healthy, alive, and full of biodiversity.
All roads lead to Medly. At least Aaron's did. Medly makes organic, naturally beautiful, and sustainable wines from some of the best fruit in the Mediterranean.
Since 2022, Aaron has been living and traveling throughout the Mediterranean with his family, working side by side with winemakers to create one-of-a-kind organic wines. For Aaron, wine is more than just a business. It’s about connecting with great people, discovering special wines, and making something truly unique that you won’t find anywhere else.
